Business Listings Limited was incorporated in 2002, although the business operated in other formats providing web design and marketing services from the Philippines since early 1997.

The company is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, with an office presence and admin in Hong Kong. Philippines operations are via a sister enterprise, Concepcion Data Services, based in Tarlac Province.

Stephen F. Wroblewski - Managing Director

Stephen has over 30 years of marketing experience, originally in the electronics industry, but with the last 10 years focused on internet related businesses in Asia.
Since 1987 Stephen has been establishing and growing his own ventures. In the earlier period he won research, design, innovation and export awards for renewable energy equipment. In 1996 he received a well deserved business and financial meltdown and has kept both feet on the ground since.
On a technical level Stephen has over 15,000 hours in web progamming using the powerful combination of PHP and MySQL. Coupled to his marketing experience, this allows him to both identify opportunities and also understand the technical issues required to best exploit them.
His primary roles are in new product / service development, marketing and client acquisition, as well as setting the general direction for the enterprise. Having lived in the Philippines since 1997, Stephen merges local knowledge and contacts with the needs of our overseas clientele.

Arnaiz S. Salas - Director Of Philippines Operations

Arnaiz completed a Bachelor's Degree at University of the Philippines as a young firebrand looking to change his country.
Realising the need to work from within the system, Arnaiz completed his Masters In Public Affairs and entered the Civil Service.
Arnaiz' public administration career culminated with his appointment as Private Secretary to a progressive Provincial Mayor. In this position Arnaiz helped instigate more change in his 3 year tenure than the region saw in the 10 prior.
Arnaiz' role at Business Listings is managing our Philippines operations in entirity. His local knowledge, extensive contacts and ability to organize people, honed from local municipal experience, are invaluable.
In addition to ensuring our clients are delivered quality services, Arnaiz maintains his social conscience. In this regard it is ensuring our employees receive the best pay and conditions possible and that we make a positive impact in the provincial communities we operate within.
